The KIPI pellet burner operates automatically and requires no supervision.
The rotating combustion tube prevents the accumulation of slag and other combustion residues in the tube during operation. While the burner is running, the combustion tube rotates cyclically, causing ash and slag to be removed from the tube.
The pellet burner is designed for installation on solid fuel boilers, pellet boilers, as well as various gas and oil boilers whose combustion chamber is large enough to allow ash produced during combustion to collect at the bottom.
The pellet burner is an environmentally friendly device because it uses renewable energy sources as fuel. In addition, the burner has a low electricity consumption.
The pellet burner is equipped with a control unit that ensures optimal operation based on the operating mode and parameters set by the user. The automation can be connected to a room temperature sensor and an outdoor temperature sensor. The standard set includes sensors for the boiler and domestic hot water. The control unit also allows the operation of the heating system and domestic water pumps, as well as the boiler mixing unit, to be managed.
The burner is equipped with safety automation that stops the fuel feed if the burner overheats or in the event of a flame control error. In the case of a power outage, the fuel feed stops automatically, preventing damage to the burner and other devices.
Only pellets with a diameter of ⌀ 6–8 mm and a length of 3.15–40 mm may be used as fuel in the burner.
When ordering an additional accessory, it is possible to monitor and adjust the burner's operation remotely via the internet (if the customer has an internet connection).
