For the automatic combustion of wood pellets (class A1 / D06):
- Retort with optimized silicon carbide combustion chamber, including a specially alloyed two-part combustion grate consisting of a fixed sliding grate and a 110° automatically tilting grate.
- Three-pass heat exchanger including fully automatic cleaning of the second and third pass heat exchanger surfaces; mechanical drive located in the “cold” zone.
- Automatic ash removal from the retort and heat exchanger into a mobile ash container with a capacity of 55 l for PT4e 120 and 75 l for PT4e 140–180.
- Automatic ignition using a ceramic igniter.
- Speed-controlled high-tech EC induced draft fan.
- Flue gas recirculation (FGR).
- Fixed integrated return temperature control with pump, mixer, shut-off and balancing valve.
- 2 multi-chamber rotary valve feeders.
- Pellet container (capacity 200 litres).
- Balancing valve permanently installed on PT4e 120–180.
- Cleaning tool set.
Optional:
- Retrofit electrostatic particulate filter.
Control System H 3200 Touch
Microprocessor control system for optimizing the combustion process through precise boiler and flue gas temperature regulation, including primary and secondary air flap actuators, 7" color display for all important values and status messages with USB interface for updates; including lambda control.
